Who operates SolemnPaw
SolemnPaw is operated by Z Psychology, Inc. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to privacy_sp@psyz.org.
What we measure
With your consent, SolemnPaw uses Google Analytics 4 to establish a limited, passive baseline of site traffic and engagement. The configured events measure page views and whether a visitor reaches the lower portion of a page. We have disabled automatic measurement of outbound clicks, forms, site searches, embedded videos, and file downloads.
The standard Analytics implementation may process a randomly generated client identifier, session information, pages visited, approximate location, browser and device characteristics, and timestamps. SolemnPaw does not ask Google Analytics to collect your name, email address, message contents, or other information that directly identifies you.

The consent preference is necessary to respect and remember your selection. Google Analytics cookies are optional and are not created when you decline.
Legal basis and Google’s role
SolemnPaw relies on your consent for optional Analytics measurement. Z Psychology, Inc. determines the limited measurement purpose and acts as the controller of this data. Google processes Analytics data on our behalf under its Data Processing Terms.
Google may process information in countries outside your own. Its contractual and organizational safeguards are described in Google’s Data Processing Terms and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
No advertising use
SolemnPaw has not linked this property to Google Ads and has disabled advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, Google Signals, and optional sharing with other Google products. We do not use this Analytics configuration for remarketing or targeted advertising.
Retention
Analytics event-level data is retained for up to 14 months. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 13 months. Aggregated reports that no longer identify a browser or device may remain available for longer.
Your choices and rights
You may decline analytics without losing access to SolemnPaw. Use the button below to review or change your preference. Withdrawing consent stops future Analytics loading on this browser and removes accessible SolemnPaw Analytics cookies.
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about processing, and to lodge a complaint with an appropriate privacy regulator. Contact privacy_sp@psyz.org to make a request.
EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Z Psychology, Inc. relies on your consent to use Google Analytics. You may withdraw that consent at any time through “Review privacy choices,” without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal data, or object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority where you live or work, or where you believe a violation occurred. To exercise a right, contact privacy_sp@psyz.org.
California privacy
If California privacy law applies to your information, you may have rights to know about and access personal information, request correction or deletion, and receive equal service when exercising your rights. You may submit a request to privacy_sp@psyz.org. We may need to verify a request before fulfilling it, and an authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law.
SolemnPaw does not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and this Analytics configuration is not used for targeted advertising. Because we do not sell or share personal information in that sense, there is currently no separate “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our measurement practices materially change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
